-Morpho butterflies are forest dwellers but venture into sunny clearings to warm themselves. They typically live alone, excluding mating season. Males are territorial and will chase any rivals.

-The Atelopus river waterfall is anice place to take a swim and at the same time being in close contact with the nature around yourself in Rara Avis Reserve.
